Is There Another Exercise I Can Do 2 Mimic The Pull-ups, I Have No Place 2 Put My Pull-up Bar 4 P90x Workouts?

Use bands. They usually come with an attchment that you can put at the top of a door. It is the same way they do the workouts with the bands on P90X.

What do you need with the p90x program?
I know you need a chinup bar and weights, but do you have to have the yoga blocks and the bands, or are the bands an alternative for people who don’t want to use weights?

If I Use Resistance Bands Instead Of A Pull Up Bar For The P90x, Will I Still Get Good Results On My Arms?

I saw that on the routines that require, they show that you can use resistance bands instead of a pull up bar. So does that mean I don’t need a pull up bar if I have these resistance bands?
