How Do I Mount A Wall-mounted Pull Up Bar To A Cement Wall?

I live in an old basement with pretty thick cement walls and was just wondering how I could mount a pull up bar to it. Also, I know I would need a hammer drill, do places like Lowes or Home Depot rent them out?
